I am truly grateful to be here with Earth, to play the game that I am this human and be a guide for other people to ReEmbody their Source essence, their infinite ever evolving light into physical form.  It is a multilayered process of expansion that enhances our awareness to energy, frequencies and creation. Together we soften in the mind, open in the body and allow sensations to be experienced in omnipresent change.  The entire experience evolves in all moments intensifying the naturally occurring sensations of harmonic resonance within all existence, thus creating (what seems to be) a shift to new perspectives. These rarified journeys elevate our consciousness and move us to other places that feel organic, wondrous, and in flow with life. I incorporate simple tools and techniques to easily access areas that may seem complex, overwhelming or too intense to navigate.  This approach is subtle, graceful and fun. This teaches us to go beyond our own expectations and to dance with the Universe. 

It feels natural to me to connect to cosmic energy and allow it to flow in my body. I believe we all have this innate ability to open and exponentially enhance our connections to all that exist and beyond, yet most of us are not even aware that it's possible.  I gently guide individuals to evolve their consciousness and to understand that we are energetic beings on a planet, we call Gaia/Earth, to shift our perspectives and become the lightest star essence in human form. I teach people how to raise their vibrational energy by exploring sensation and increase kinesthetic awareness which realigns us with the entire Cosmos and opens us more to the infinite possibilities. This is one of many evolutionary processes that requires practice and playtime with energy so as to navigate with ease.
